Location: Hybrid role based near hirify.global offices in Boston, MA; San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC. Expect at least 25% time in office; approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $275,000 - $340,000 USD

What you will do

• Own physical security strategy, standards, access control, guard forces, and incident response globally.
• Run EHS program ensuring OSHA/international compliance, lab safety, training, and audits.
• Lead security planning and execution for internal/external events with threat assessments and vendor management.
• Partner with Real Estate, Workplace, Legal, IT, and GSIS on site builds, operations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and lead growing team of security, EHS, and event professionals across regions.

Requirements

• 15+ years relevant experience with substantial leadership in multi-site/global physical security operations.
• Owned/managed OSHA-regulated EHS programs, including labs/R&D.
• Led security for major events with elevated threats.
• Managed contract guard forces and vendors at scale.
• Experienced people manager building security/safety teams.
• Strong judgment under pressure, clear communication across levels.

Nice to have

• Credentials: CSP, ASP, CHMM, CPP, PSP or equivalent.
• Experience at high-growth tech/research orgs or standing up programs in new offices/countries.
• Lab safety, chemical hygiene, or crisis incident leadership.
• Managed security/EHS providers across regions/regulations.
