TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations Systems (Salesforce/GTM): Own the strategy, optimization, and execution of go-to-market systems with Salesforce as the core platform with an accent on roadmap evolution, hands-on administration, and cross-functional workflow alignment. Focus on improving data quality, forecasting accuracy, system integrations, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (United States). Ability to travel periodically for work.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the GTM systems roadmap, aligning Salesforce and tech stack with revenue goals.
  • Act as strategic partner to RevOps and leadership on systems strategy and process optimization.
  • Execute hands-on Salesforce administration including configuration, automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead data quality, governance, and pipeline integrity for better visibility and forecasting.
  • Manage and mentor a Salesforce Administrator with direction and prioritization.
  • Partner cross-functionally to design end-to-end GTM workflows and support corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience; Admin certification required.
  • Experience managing or mentoring Salesforce administrators.
  • Proven track record owning GTM systems strategy and process optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills; thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools like Gong, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo; data models and integrations.

Nice to have

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with AI-supported tools like ChatGPT or CoPilot.
