Salary: $110,400 - $172,500

What you will do

• Design and build foundational systems for 0-1 and scaling initiatives in clinical operations to improve service quality and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Operations leaders to develop scalable products and processes addressing core business challenges.
• Analyze data to shape strategies, identify improvements, and drive roadmap priorities and team OKRs.
• Build and manage a growing operations team to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in operational roles at high-growth companies; consulting, healthcare, or business operations background preferred.
• 2+ years people management experience; passion for building and developing teams.
• Strong data skills for solving ambiguous problems through complex analysis.
• Thrive in ambiguity, drive outcomes, and shape strategy in unfamiliar challenges.
• Excellent operational execution managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative with ability to partner across teams and ensure accountability.
