Salary: $146,700 — $252,250 USD (Zone 4–1 pay ranges, based on location)

What you will do

  • Guide cross-channel media strategies delivering year-over-year increases in brand awareness, target account engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build and scale a global media strategy organization by hiring, developing top talent, and fostering continuous learning.
  • Establish global media planning frameworks, processes, and best practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and adoption across regions.
  • Align media investment and budget allocation to business goals, directing spend toward highest-impact audiences and channels.
  • Ground strategies in audience insights aligned to key personas, enhancing reach and engagement in priority accounts.
  • Implement measurement frameworks and reporting with Analytics for visibility into media contribution and faster optimizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in media strategy, digital marketing, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Proven leadership of global media planning across channels and funnel stages with impact on pipeline, engagement, or revenue
  • Experience hiring, developing, and managing teams of individual contributors, building high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing measurement including brand, demand, pipeline, and revenue metrics
  • Analytical skills to translate data into strategic recommendations; familiarity with media platforms, AdTech, and tools
  • Collaboration and influencing skills for matrixed organizations
