What you will do

• Lead media investment oversight across all channels including video/CTV, display, programmatic, search, social, and offline.
• Collaborate with Group Director to unify direct buys, biddable, and procurement into cohesive strategies.
• Negotiate deals, Joint Business Plans, and partnerships to optimize pricing and performance.
• Mentor and manage teams, ensuring processes for cross-channel needs and KPI alignment with client objectives.
• Develop strategic investment roadmaps, innovation agendas, and reporting insights.
• Support enterprise partnerships, new business, and agency-wide processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in media investment and campaign management
• Thorough understanding of evolving media landscape and client business dynamics
• Experience in strategic leadership, negotiation, and team management with direct reports
• Strong foundation in media planning, buying, measurement, and performance analytics
• Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Participation in new business and commitment to ethical, transparent practices
