What you will do

• Own the marketing roadmap for data, systems, automation, scoring, and lifecycle.
• Build end-to-end analytics and reporting, including AI-driven predictive models for conversion and churn.
• Run monthly planning cycles and forecast segment-level pipeline across Individual, Team, and Enterprise segments.
• Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, product analytics) and partner with RevOps on data architecture.
• Lead program and project management to ensure predictable execution of daily shipments.

Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing ops, revenue ops, or GTM operations within SaaS.
• Proven experience owning systems and data infrastructure at a high-growth startup.
• Deep proficiency with HubSpot, product analytics tools, and data modeling.
• Strong financial fluency for building pipeline and ROI models from scratch.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Pacific Time alignment required).
