TL;DR

Collections Analyst (Finance): Managing the collections cycle for outstanding receivables and resolving payment disputes with an accent on cash flow optimization and credit loss reporting. Focus on building scalable collections workflows, tracking aging buckets, and providing data for CECL analysis.

Location: Remote (Global). Optional access to offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end collections cycle for outstanding receivables across enterprise and SMB accounts.
  • Reach out to customers to resolve payment disputes professionally while preserving relationships.
  • Track aging buckets and accelerate cash recovery through cross-functional collaboration with AR, Revenue Accounting, and Customer Success.
  • Build and maintain streamlined collections workflows.
  • Provide critical data inputs for quarterly CECL analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a collections portfolio, including outreach, dispute resolution, and recovery.
  • Ability to engage customers directly on payment matters in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency with AR and collections tools (NetSuite or equivalent ERP preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts and aging buckets simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to aging reports and collection metrics.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription billing collections environment.
  • Familiarity with legal and commercial escalation paths for delinquent accounts.
