What you will do
- Own the monthly ARR snowball and develop Power BI dashboards for core SaaS KPIs to replace manual reporting.
- Lead the monthly FP&A close cycle, including variance analysis and Board commentary.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, maintaining the Group’s financial model for strategic decisions.
- Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to key departments, translating data into actionable commercial insights.
- Manage and develop FP&A and BI analysts as the function scales.
- Support the CFO and VP of FP&A on investor reporting, due diligence, and M&A workstreams.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- 4+ years of post-qualification commercial finance experience in industry.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modelling (DAX, Power Query/M) and dashboard design.
- Strong financial modelling skills in Excel with a focus on structure and accuracy.
- Experience owning or contributing to ARR snowball and SaaS metric production.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
Nice to have
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth SaaS or technology businesses.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python/pandas, Snowflake, or dbt.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching analysts.
- Practical use of AI tools to improve finance workflows.
