TL;DR
AWS Specialist Seller, Strategic Pursuits (AI/Cloud): Lead commercial execution of priority AWS/ co-sell opportunities across strategic enterprise accounts with an accent on GenAI adoption, frontier platform use cases, and enterprise-wide transformation. Focus on identifying opportunities, developing value propositions, driving executive engagements, and coordinating cross-functionally to close high-value deals.
Location: Hybrid model (3 days per week in office) in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York; open to remote candidates based in the United States. Relocation support offered.
Salary: $302K – $335K + equity

What you will do
- Lead commercial execution of priority AWS/ co-sell opportunities in strategic enterprise accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and advance high-potential opportunities focused on GenAI and enterprise transformation.
- Partner with AWS and teams on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, and execution plans.
- Develop customer value propositions linking capabilities with business and AWS infrastructure priorities.
- Drive executive engagements, business cases, negotiations, and account reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Solutions, Product, Legal, and Finance to progress deals.
Requirements
- 15+ years in enterprise sales, strategic business development, cloud partnerships, or complex technology GTM roles.
- Track record of shaping and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals.
- Experience in AI, GenAI, cloud, data, enterprise software, or professional services sales.
- Overlay sales, specialist seller, strategic pursuits, or partner-led co-sell experience.
- Understanding of AWS commercial models, enterprise account planning, and partner rhythms.
- Ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business leaders, procurement, and executives.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at AWS, major cloud provider, leading enterprise software, or high-growth AI company.
- Familiarity with partner-led sales involving hyperscalers, GSIs, or strategic partners.
- Enterprise AI use cases in financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, technology, energy, or public sector.
