TL;DR

Client Outcomes Director (Retail/CPG/MFG): Managing large complex accounts and portfolios to ensure successful integration of IT services with an accent on client relationship management, strategic alignment, and account growth. Focus on orchestrating delivery oversight, driving revenue expansion within Manufacturing, Retail, and CPG sectors, and serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Location: USA (Ideal candidate location: Pacific NW)

Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 annually

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for large, complex accounts and portfolios.
  • Orchestrate the integration of hirify.global's services within the client's environment to drive success and growth.
  • Manage risk identification and ensure transparent communication at the account/portfolio level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, pre-sales) to execute account development plans.
  • Provide delivery oversight to ensure services align with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor talent, setting clear objectives to drive sustainable business results and reinforce culture.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in the IT industry focused on service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • 4+ years of experience in program or portfolio management for large and complex accounts.
  • 2+ years of consultative sales or account management experience within Manufacturing, Retail, and/or CPG industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Supply Chain operations, challenges, and digital transformation trends.
  • Expertise in building and running effective pre-sale teams.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving CoE resources and cross-company capabilities.
