Director of Professional Services (LegalTech): Leading the global delivery and implementation of the ShareDo enterprise legal work management platform with an accent on scalable delivery methodologies and operational excellence. Focus on building a world-class services organization, managing P&L, and ensuring successful large-scale enterprise customer outcomes.

Location: Hybrid. Expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $153,600 - $230,400 USD

What you will do

• Build and lead a global team of legal architects responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise projects.
• Define and optimize delivery methodologies and a "delivery playbook" to ensure scalable, repeatable, and efficient implementations.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise client projects from design and planning to configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Own professional services P&L accountability, managing utilization, margins, and delivery profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Product to forecast demand and define long-term capacity planning for the PS organization.
• Manage subcontractor and partner relationships to expand implementation capacity and accelerate market adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Professional Services or Delivery organizations for enterprise SaaS or complex software.
• Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-phase enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Deep understanding of enterprise project governance, risk management, and change management best practices.
• Experience with utilization and revenue forecasting, including P&L-level accountability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and scale high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
• Must be based near Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney for hybrid office attendance.
