Location: On-site in New York City (5 days a week). Must be authorized to work in the US.

Compensation: $100K – $150K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and operations for supply-side provider growth.
• Build the engine to identify, attract, qualify, and convert top psychiatrists and clinicians in the US.
• Own projects end-to-end, from initial ideation through full execution.
• Define and implement new processes and technologies to solve novel growth problems.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, product teams, and bizops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-growth, high-standards organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Excited to work in-person in New York City 5 days a week.
• Strong ownership mindset and a high bias for action.
