TL;DR

Finance Intern (Fintech): Supporting financial operations and analytics for a digital banking provider with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Focus on building financial models, conducting variance analysis, and automating financial dashboards.

Location: Hybrid (Austin preferred, 3 days in-office per week)

What you will do

• Support monthly reporting and financial analysis.
• Prepare data visualizations and reconciliations.
• Assist in budget and forecast development.
• Collaborate on special projects to improve financial processes.
• Build financial models for strategic planning and conduct variance analysis.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (Austin preferred).

Nice to have

• Understanding of GAAP principles.
