What you will do

• Research and benchmark world-class IR and AR programs to propose and execute practical improvements.
• Optimize earnings-related workflows, spreadsheets, and templates to maintain operating rhythms.
• Maintain core AR trackers, contact lists, and briefing prep materials.
• Assist in the build-out and maintenance of the corporate financial model and assumption tables.
• Enhance cash flow forecasting and develop a consolidated vendor master with payment timing analysis.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or Communications (3rd or 4th year preferred).
• Must be able to work three days per week onsite in Burlington, MA.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential, non-public financial information with high integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize research into concise takeaways.
