What you will do

• Manage monthly actuals vs. budget analysis and prepare variance explanations for the CFO.
• Lead rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and the out-of-budget request process.
• Oversee vendor and cloud spend, identifying cost-optimization and standardization opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and one-page summaries for the ELT and committee reviews.
• Partner with Accounting and Procurement to ensure invoice accuracy, coding, and accruals.
• Improve budgeting templates and enforce finance policies regarding spend approvals and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP platforms, and BI tools.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Must be based in the Atlanta, Georgia office.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth business environments.
• MBA or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
