What you will do

• Maintain and negotiate terms with banks and financial institutions to optimize services.
• Execute and monitor investment activities in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance.
• Manage bank accounts, credit facilities, and financial instruments, including letters of credit and performance bonds.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements for treasury operations.
• Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and banking management summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize TMS platforms like Kyriba.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is highly preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work from Austin, TX or San Jose, CA.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
