Salary: $175,000 – $233,000

What you will do

• Translate company strategy into a clear, actionable long-range financial roadmap.
• Create data-driven board materials and investor narratives for executive leadership.
• Lead complex analyses on new markets, product bets, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to embed financial rigor into business decisions.
• Develop sensitivity models and support fundraising efforts, including due diligence.
• Design compensation and incentive plans in partnership with GTM and HR.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Proven experience working within a high-growth, VC-backed company.
• Expertise in complex financial modeling and structured thinking to drive decisions.
• Ability to operate independently and solve high-leverage problems.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to boards and executives.
