What you will do

• Design and implement project work, mentoring developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers and Product Managers in an Agile framework to estimate and plan work.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews.
• Utilize AI-powered agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Copilot) to increase velocity and quality.
• Communicate complex technical solutions and updates directly to enterprise clients.
• Integrate AI automation into workflows for test generation, scaffolding, and debugging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a full-stack JavaScript developer.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Next.js, and Chakra UI.
• Experience with eCommerce or retail POS/OMS systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a growth mindset.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
