What you will do

• Design and implement headless web applications using Next.js and Sitecore XM Cloud with UI/UX best practices.
• Build reusable React components, configure Sitecore environments, and integrate with Sitecore APIs (GraphQL, REST).
• Develop integrations with Martech platforms (CPQ, SFDC, E-commerce), data pipelines, and authentication flows.
• Analyze legacy systems, create migration strategies, refactor to headless architecture, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with content authors, designers, and marketing teams; provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years full-stack web development, including 2+ years Sitecore headless (XM Cloud, Experience Edge)
• Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Umbraco, etc.), API integrations (REST, SOAP, Web API).
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Vercel/Netlify.
• Proven portfolio with lead development roles; expertise in SEO, caching, searching (Solr/Lucene).
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
