TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/Node/MongoDB): Building emerging products and product platform features to automate trust and security verification with an accent on backend systems, distributed systems challenges, and 0→1 product development. Focus on developing resilient revenue and entitlement platforms, automating third-party risk management, and creating seamless user-facing SaaS experiences.

What you will do
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate the product roadmap and deliver impact.
- Collaborate across teams on cross-cutting engineering initiatives and the development of common product primitives.
- Mentor engineers by assigning tasks and supporting their professional skill development.
- Develop resilient backend systems for revenue, entitlement, and usage-based billing platforms.
- Build tools for third-party risk management and automate inbound customer security assessments.
- Make strategic technical tradeoffs balancing business priorities, user experience, and sustainable architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with a strong emphasis on backend skills.
- Experience leading small engineering teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Proven track record of building user-facing SaaS products for both startups and enterprise users.
- Experience building 0→1 products and solving complex engineering problems in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with the tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
