Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/Node/MongoDB)

What you will do

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate the product roadmap and deliver impact.
• Collaborate across teams on cross-cutting engineering initiatives and the development of common product primitives.
• Mentor engineers by assigning tasks and supporting their professional skill development.
• Develop resilient backend systems for revenue, entitlement, and usage-based billing platforms.
• Build tools for third-party risk management and automate inbound customer security assessments.
• Make strategic technical tradeoffs balancing business priorities, user experience, and sustainable architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with a strong emphasis on backend skills.
• Experience leading small engineering teams to deliver impactful projects.
• Proven track record of building user-facing SaaS products for both startups and enterprise users.
• Experience building 0→1 products and solving complex engineering problems in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
