What you will do

• Drive development planning, retrospectives, demos, and stakeholder communication on priorities and schedules.
• Lead system design and architecture for large-scale features ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Break down requirements into tasks, estimate efforts, and manage sprint/product roadmap deliverables.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and champion coding standards and process improvements.
• Participate in recruitment, provide technical guidance, and handle production operations including on-call.
• Improve tools, products, and delivery practices for technological advantage.

Requirements

• Located across Canada (applications from Canada only).
• Fluency in English required as working language.
• 5+ years as Software Developer; experience at SaaS product company.
• Strong React/NextJS, TypeScript, Design Systems for scalable frontend apps.
• Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP); leading features from design to production.
• Strong fundamentals, ownership, growth mindset; backend experience (Kotlin/Java/NodeJS) as plus.
