What you will do

• Drive development planning, retrospectives, demos, and stakeholder communication on priorities and schedules.
• Lead system design and architecture for new large-scale features, breaking down requirements into tasks.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and champion coding standards and continuous improvement.
• Estimate efforts for sprints and roadmap, improve tools and processes, and participate in recruitment.
• Handle production operations including on-call rotations and deploy scalable cloud applications.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required as working language.
• Applications from candidates across Canada only.
• 5+ years as Software Developer with strong fundamentals.
• Experience in SaaS product company building scalable React/NextJS frontend with TypeScript and Design Systems.
• Proven leading initiatives from design to deployment on cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Strong ownership, growth mindset, and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or NodeJS for APIs and services.
