What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable business insights for internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, handling client communications and meeting facilitation as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced expertise in Excel.
• Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, and BI/Reporting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
