Salary: $168,000 - $224,000 annually + 20% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead executive sales cycles across Transformation, Security, Data & AI, and Infrastructure Modernization.
• Facilitate C-level and boardroom conversations to align stakeholders on AI initiatives and business outcomes.
• Architect and position integrated solutions spanning AI, data platforms, and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Develop compelling, ROI-driven business cases tied to productivity gains and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with OEM partners like Microsoft and other hyperscalers to unlock funding and accelerate deal velocity.
• Lead high-performance virtual teams of architects and engineers to execute complex multi-domain initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
• Demonstrated experience working within the Financial Services & Insurance sector.
• Senior executive credibility with a proven ability to engage CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs in strategic conversations.
• Deep expertise in one or more domains: Security, Data & AI, Infrastructure Modernization, or Modern Workplace.
• Proficiency with cloud ecosystems including Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated Sales District (up to 25% of the time).
