Director, Customer Growth & Experiences (Ecommerce): Building and scaling a best-in-class Customer Marketing function across NORAM to drive pipeline and deepen customer relationships with an accent on persona-driven activations and customer advocacy programs. Focus on designing high-impact executive experiences, scaling referral programs, and aligning GTM strategies across Sales and Customer Success.

Location: Remote (United States)

Base Salary Range: $145,000 – $190,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and scale the NORAM customer marketing and experience strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Build structured programs to turn customers into advocates and references to drive business growth.
• Manage the planning and execution of trade shows, field events, and executive dinners in partnership with the ABM team.
• Develop customer communication programs, including newsletters and product updates.
• Design and scale referral programs to strengthen customer relationships and generate pipeline.
• Define and track success metrics across pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce.
• Proven experience leading trade shows, executive events, and high-impact ABM experiences.
• Experience managing and mentoring team members while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Comfortable traveling approximately 20% of the time.
