What you will do
- Serve as a platform expert to ensure value optimization for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Integrate into client workflows by learning their mission and operational processes.
- Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle and drive account growth initiatives.
- Strategically navigate and influence stakeholders throughout the buying process, from users to budget decision-makers.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and product recommendations.
Requirements
- Native French or full working proficiency.
- Must be based in the UK.
- 6-8+ years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management experience.
- Proven track record of owning customer renewals and driving commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in negotiating complex renewal cycles.
- Experience providing user-level product support to ensure a high-quality client experience.

- Knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis for corporate security, risk, or crisis management.
