What you will do

  • Serve as a platform expert to ensure value optimization for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Integrate hirify.global into client workflows by learning their mission and operational processes.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle and drive account growth initiatives.
  • Strategically navigate and influence stakeholders throughout the buying process, from users to budget decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and product recommendations.

Requirements

  • Native French or full working proficiency.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 6-8+ years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management experience.
  • Proven track record of owning customer renewals and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in negotiating complex renewal cycles.
  • Experience providing user-level product support to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis for corporate security, risk, or crisis management.
