Focus on coaching SDRs for better call quality, optimizing inbound/outbound motions, and scaling repeatable performance.

What you will do

  • Translate GTM strategy into daily execution for the SDR team.
  • Develop and coach high-performing SDR talent focusing on call quality and conversion performance.
  • Influence pipeline results and improve execution quality across inbound and outbound motions.
  • Build and enforce standards to scale consistent, repeatable SDR performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and coaching Sales Development or inside sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline through disciplined execution and accountability.
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing dashboards, activity metrics, and funnel performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set expectations clearly and directly.
  • High ownership mentality and bias toward action.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SDR productivity platforms like Outreach, Nooks, Sales Navigator, or 6sense.
  • Strong Salesforce experience with reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or complex sales motions.
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound SDR motions.
