What you will do

  • Drive outbound sponsorship sales across hirify.global Media’s newsletter brands.
  • Build a pipeline by identifying relevant advertisers, agencies, and sponsorship partners.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools daily to automate, accelerate, and improve core sales workflows.
  • Create repeatable AI-assisted workflows for list building, prospect research, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach angles, packaging, and prioritization.
  • Maintain strong organization across outreach, pipeline, and prospect activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, media sales, or newsletter monetization.
  • Strong outbound prospecting ability and comfort building a pipeline from scratch.
  • AI-native working style with daily use of Claude or similar tools to improve research and output.
  • Strong written English proficiency for creating effective, concise outbound messaging.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
