Account Executive - Small College (SaaS): Driving acquisition and expansion revenue within NCAA Division II, III, NAIA, and Junior Colleges with an accent on full-cycle sales and online demonstrations. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, NE (Hybrid: 3 days/week in Lincoln office).

Salary: $64,000 - $107,000 OTE (Base: $32,000 - $53,500)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for net new and acquisition revenue.
  • Conduct online demos and phone-based sales to close deals.
  • Collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to determine school and team needs.
  • Visit designated territories to engage directly with prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and SDRs to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Strong organizational skills for territory mapping and prospect management.
  • High self-motivation and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, NE.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Background as an athlete, coach, or administrator in club or high school sports.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce CRM.
