Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, NE (Hybrid: 3 days/week in Lincoln office).
Salary: $64,000 - $107,000 OTE (Base: $32,000 - $53,500)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for net new and acquisition revenue.
- Conduct online demos and phone-based sales to close deals.
- Collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to determine school and team needs.
- Visit designated territories to engage directly with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and SDRs to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
- Strong organizational skills for territory mapping and prospect management.
- High self-motivation and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, NE.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
- Background as an athlete, coach, or administrator in club or high school sports.
- Prior experience using Salesforce CRM.
