What you will do

• Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets for regional territory and account portfolio.
• Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for new and existing enterprise customers.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in targeted verticals through networking and relationship building.
• Lead consultative sales process for workplace collaboration, AV systems, unified communications, and digital experiences.
• Build relationships with C-suite, IT, facilities, and media stakeholders to influence technology decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and delivery teams on proposals, RFPs, and solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years outside or solutions sales experience in AV integration, workplace technology, media/broadcast, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions into enterprise environments highly desirable.
• CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and account management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel 25-50% within assigned region.
