Salary: $133,770 – $178,000 + ~50% sales incentive

What you will do
- Lead a high-performance engine responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth and complex new business deal execution.
- Oversee and mentor a multi-tiered team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Navigate complex sales cycles and data partnerships in Higher Education, Marketing, Government, and Identity and Fraud industries.
- Partner with marketing to develop GTM strategies and provide a product feedback loop based on market intelligence.
- Own revenue accountability and drive activity metrics across the business development function.
- Cultivate C-level relationships and manage a broad pipeline of prospects and customer business reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and sales management within technology or data environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales teams and holding them accountable for quotas.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals and cultivating C-level relationships.
- Experience in the planning and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
