What you will do

• Lead functional area teams and manage large-scale capital expense projects including tool installations and fab conversions.
• Oversee contractor workforce, including A/E firms and trade companies, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day construction operations, project scope, schedule performance, and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with factory owners, global supply management, and central design teams to deliver constructible solutions.
• Foster a strong safety culture across all project phases, from planning to execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in business results, quality, and cost-efficiency using lean principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of equivalent leadership experience in tool installation or construction management.
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams and manage large-scale capital projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage executive management.
• Expertise in supplier management and project lifecycle planning.
• Must be able to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia.
