Salary: 170,300 - 227,100 CAD per annum

What you will do
- Provide end-to-end leadership for major digital IC subsystems or full-chip design disciplines.
- Drive architecture and microarchitecture decisions impacting product performance, PPA, and long-term roadmaps.
- Solve complex, high-impact technical problems using independent judgement in methods and tools.
- Set technical direction and design methodology, influencing best-practice adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Represent the company's technical positions in key customer, partner, and vendor engagements.
- Mentor and guide engineers to foster knowledge sharing and improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- BS/MS in EE/CS with 15+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of digital design (full-chip, subsystem, and IP).
- Expertise in semiconductor ASIC design/verification methodologies and flows.
- Proven track record of leading complex SOC design activities under tight schedule pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Verilog and System Verilog.
- Technical expertise in areas such as Ethernet, Networking/Switching, NOC fabrics, or CPU subsystems.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
