What you will do

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for major digital IC subsystems or full-chip design disciplines.
  • Drive architecture and microarchitecture decisions impacting product performance, PPA, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Solve complex, high-impact technical problems using independent judgement in methods and tools.
  • Set technical direction and design methodology, influencing best-practice adoption across cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the company's technical positions in key customer, partner, and vendor engagements.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to foster knowledge sharing and improve delivery quality.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in EE/CS with 15+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of digital design (full-chip, subsystem, and IP).
  • Expertise in semiconductor ASIC design/verification methodologies and flows.
  • Proven track record of leading complex SOC design activities under tight schedule pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of Verilog and System Verilog.
  • Technical expertise in areas such as Ethernet, Networking/Switching, NOC fabrics, or CPU subsystems.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
