What you will do

• Lead the horizontal go-to-market strategy and execution to identify and target high-growth industries.
• Organize and execute trade shows and proprietary events to generate a measurable sales pipeline.
• Develop centralized planning playbooks and standardized "Event-in-a-Box" frameworks for the team.
• Drive engagement and lead follow-up by implementing tech levers like Splash, Cvent, and Outreach.
• Manage, mentor, and oversee the budget for a team including a Field Marketing Manager and a Virtual Event Lead.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Field Marketing.
• Proven experience managing a team for at least a few years.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and various event platforms.
• Strong analytical skills focusing on pipeline sourced, cost per op, and conversion velocity.
• Must be located in the United States.
