What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Benelux region to drive pipeline and bookings growth.
• Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
• Analyze Salesforce and marketing performance data to monitor pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Partner closely with sales teams and BDRs to identify opportunities and address pipeline gaps.
• Coordinate the company's presence at industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing activities.

Requirements

• Experience in demand generation, field marketing, or a revenue-focused B2B marketing role.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue outcomes through marketing activity.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce dashboards, reports, and campaign metrics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketo or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Background working within SaaS or fast-paced B2B technology environments.
• Experience managing regional event programs and industry trade shows.
• Ability to use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to improve productivity and analysis.
