What you will do

• Plan and execute regional tradeshows, conferences, and roadshows end-to-end.
• Manage booth vendors, production partners, and on-site installation/breakdown logistics.
• Align event goals with marketing and sales to drive lead generation and pipeline creation.
• Define success metrics and use data to optimize event performance and effectiveness.
• Oversee booth designs and assets to ensure a professional and consistent brand experience.
• Mentor team members and develop scalable frameworks for event execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B events, tradeshows, or event marketing.
• Proven experience managing complex events from planning through execution.
• Strong vendor management and production expertise.
• Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
