What you will do

• Build and manage pipeline of repeat creator, influencer, athlete, and coach partnerships aligned with performance training philosophy.
• Develop long-term partnerships producing high-quality content, product integrations, and activations driving user growth.
• Activate partner content across WIN platforms, partner channels, paid media, events, and on-site installations.
• Own creator whitelisting ad program, structuring performance-based partnerships and optimizing for acquisition and revenue.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with leagues, travel organizations, college/pro programs, and event operators.
• Coordinate event activations, partner appearances, content capture, and cross-functional execution with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years in partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, or sports marketing with proven experience managing creator/influencer partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of baseball and/or softball culture; familiarity with training/coaching ecosystems preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, project/campaign management, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker able to translate partnerships into measurable outcomes; highly organized and execution-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple partners/campaigns in fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with athletes, coaches, or sports organizations.
• Existing network in baseball/softball training or media.
