Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri) for those within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT; otherwise remote.
Salary: $120,250 – $140,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution for owned events (dinners, roundtables, summits) and sponsored events (trade shows, industry conferences).
- Prioritize events based on target accounts, ICP alignment, and revenue potential.
- Manage all logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, A/V, catering, and on-site staffing.
- Run virtual and hybrid events, managing platform setup and attendee engagement.
- Partner with Sales to drive pre-event prospecting and post-event follow-up to generate pipeline.
- Develop scalable event playbooks, vendor lists, and budget templates to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in event management, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal, or AI/tech startups.
- Proven track record running a mix of owned, sponsored, live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events under tight deadlines.
- Skill in negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 2x per month).
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
