What you will do

  • Map, approach, and close partnerships with key high-relevance players in the Brazilian fitness market.
  • Structure complex agreements involving multiple variables and decision-makers to ensure sustainability.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and influencer among industry associations, consultants, and opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Strategy team to translate market insights and reports into effective sales pitches.
  • Partner with the press office and participate in events to maintain brand top-of-mind awareness among gym owners.
  • Coordinate with the Long Tail partner management team to strengthen ties with smaller partners.

Requirements

  • Expertise in strategic hunting, relationship building, and consultative sales for high-level partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate major players and associations within the Brazilian gym market.
  • Resilience and effectiveness in managing long-cycle sales pipelines.
  • Analytical capability to use market data to dismantle technical objections.
  • English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
