What you will do
- Map, approach, and close partnerships with key high-relevance players in the Brazilian fitness market.
- Structure complex agreements involving multiple variables and decision-makers to ensure sustainability.
- Act as a brand ambassador and influencer among industry associations, consultants, and opinion leaders.
- Collaborate with the Sales Strategy team to translate market insights and reports into effective sales pitches.
- Partner with the press office and participate in events to maintain brand top-of-mind awareness among gym owners.
- Coordinate with the Long Tail partner management team to strengthen ties with smaller partners.
Requirements
- Expertise in strategic hunting, relationship building, and consultative sales for high-level partnerships.
- Ability to navigate major players and associations within the Brazilian gym market.
- Resilience and effectiveness in managing long-cycle sales pipelines.
- Analytical capability to use market data to dismantle technical objections.
- English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
