Location: Remote – South America (Portuguese and Spanish fluency required)

What you will do
- Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts in South America.
- Proactively target named accounts via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) to open new business opportunities.
- Develop vertical-specific outreach strategies for Retail, T&L, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
- Conduct rigorous discovery to uncover business pain and qualify sales-ready pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on account strategy and maintain tracking in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Proven track record of breaking into enterprise accounts through cold outreach.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers at Director/VP level and above.
