What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive consistent pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance functions.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Craft persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions, preferably in design or creative tech.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required for the LATAM market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales tools, predictive analytics, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
