What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, translating business goals into advanced marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, content, and landing pages.
- Utilize a suite of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to produce high-quality campaign assets, ad copy, and strategic briefs.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients and a second-in-command to the Account Director.
- Mentor and coach junior/mid-level Account Managers and assist in training new hires to accelerate productivity.
- Lead high-level client meetings, strategic reviews, and presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, preferably in Agency or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value/VIP client portfolios.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and email automation platforms.
- Advanced professional experience integrating AI tools into business workflows and asset production.
- Superior English communication skills (written and spoken) for crafting persuasive client reports and presentations.
- Ability to work standard business hours in either the Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT) zones.
