What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution of all paid search activities, including media plans, testing, and optimization.
• Manage and mentor team members, overseeing their professional development and workload to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and key suppliers.
• Devise campaign strategies and translate them into effective delivery, including performance commentary and weekly reporting.
• Implement operational processes that maximize efficiency using available technology and AI tools.
• Identify and contribute to strategic revenue and service opportunities for the agency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Paid Search with current Google and Microsoft Ads certifications.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle data to devise and execute campaign strategies.
• Proven experience in people management, including motivating and coaching team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse global stakeholders.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
