What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including creative development, launch, and optimization.
  • Drive traffic acquisition through platforms like Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Meta/Facebook.
  • Develop and test hypotheses to uncover growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign efficiency and target audiences to enhance overall results.
  • Oversee advertising budgets and track performance against objectives.
  • Design and optimize acquisition funnels by analyzing user behavior and scaling proven strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps with proven success in scaling efforts.
  • Expertise in launching and optimizing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google with large budgets.
  • Experience with web subscription user acquisition.
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets starting at $100,000.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, AppsFlyer, Power BI/Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication with clients and teammates.

  • Proven track record of building user acquisition processes for apps from scratch.
