What you will do
- Lead the branch sales force across multiple business lines to drive overall revenue and profit growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects.
- Manage and develop sales representatives through goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives and oversee the creation of a consistent brand identity in bids and proposals.
- Monitor sales activity via CRM and review P&L reports to ensure monthly targets are met and cancellations are controlled.
- Develop bidding strategies and coordinate factory tours to demonstrate technical competence to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Outstanding ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Houston, TX.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
