Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, US
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 OTE (50/50 structure)

What you will do
- Build and refine account maps, own data quality in Salesforce CRM, and co-design prospecting campaigns with marketing.
- Drive high-volume outreach via cold calling and multi-threaded campaigns targeting C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities against Ideal Customer Profile, and book meetings with Account Executives.
- Mentor junior SDRs, contribute to outbound frameworks and scripts, and shape US go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years in sales development or business development in B2B SaaS, exceeding quotas
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders, advanced negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams, mentoring juniors
- Outstanding English communication skills
- Strong command of AI automation tools in sales
