What you will do

• Drive pipeline momentum by managing follow-ups and outreach sequences with broker partners.
• Execute strategic RFP management, from initial screening and gatekeeping to high-impact submissions.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and conduct post-mortem reviews to optimize win strategies.
• Act as a technical resource for brokers regarding drug questions and net cost modeling.
• Support finalist meetings by identifying client pain points and power dynamics to assist Sales Managers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, account coordination, or insurance brokerage.
• Experience in PBM or healthcare is highly preferred.
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and advanced command of Microsoft Excel for modeling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with cold outreach and persistence.
