What you will do

  • Lead business strategies and define sales plans to drive OEM departmental buying decisions.
  • Consult with OEM and Agency clients to provide tailored data solutions that exceed objectives.
  • Identify untapped opportunities and new revenue streams through detailed business plans.
  • Navigate the OEM ecosystem to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products and create large-scale sponsorships.
  • Exceed annual sales goals by positioning hirify.global Automotive products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience specifically calling on OEMs and their agencies.
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Experience selling complex data solutions to large enterprise clients.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans aligned with client revenue objectives.
  • Willingness to travel for client reviews and product meetings.
