Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Partner with Walmart Regional VP leadership to lead engagement and support the credit program.
  • Develop and execute regional initiatives to meet objectives for applications, new accounts, and credit sales.
  • Analyze partner performance dynamics to create robust growth strategies and action plans.
  • Influence stakeholders via various channels including face-to-face meetings, QBRs, and virtual presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, IT, Risk, and Operations to support business objectives.
  • Provide value-added analysis and reporting to client partners to evaluate program performance.

Requirements

  • Must be located in CA, WA, OR, ID, NV, CO, UT, KS, WY, MT, ND, SD, IA, MN, or NE.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management (or HS diploma and 5+ years).
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of client relationship management experience, including working with C-Suite level management.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
