What you will do

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing across all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive behavioral changes and implement safety best practices.
• Maintain emergency response readiness and provide care delivery during site emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EHS, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 6 months of safety experience within hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to meet physical demands: lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for 12 hours, and work in variable temperatures.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a safety-related field.
• Experience in worker's compensation case management.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Experience leading teams and analyzing accident data for potential safety concerns.
